Relentless Fishing - 48 ft Custom Sportfish at Bud n' Mary's Marina

Marinated Swordfish

 
2 tblsp. olive oil
½ cup soy sauce
1 tblsp. dry white wine
¼ cup fresh lemon juice, or sour orange
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. marjoram, or basil
1 tsp. ground black pepper
8 (6 oz.) pieces of swordfish, ¾-inch thick

Mix together all ingredients, except swordfish, until well blended. Place swordfish in a shallow dish. Pour mixture over and marinate covered for 2 hours, or longer, basting occasionally. Remove from marinade and cook under preheated broiler for approximately 5 minutes on each side.

Marinating time: 2 hours
Cooking time: 10 minutes
